目的探讨MRI在胰腺异位副脾诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析5例中国石油中心医院影像科经临床或核医学证实的胰腺异位副脾患者MRI图像,对MRI影像学特征进行总结。结果 5例胰腺内副脾均位于胰尾,平扫序列、DWI及增强序列病灶信号强度均与脾脏实质相近。结论胰腺内副脾的MRI表现具有一定特征,对病变具有定性诊断价值。
